Refund Policy

Payments for MolHub are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This policy describes when refunds are available.

1. Academic (free) plan

The Academic tier is free of charge, so no payment and no refund applies.

2. Basic and Pro (paid) plans

  • 14-day refund window: you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your first charge for a given subscription if you are not satisfied.
  • After 14 days: you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. We do not provide refunds for the remaining portion of an already-paid month.
  • Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically. A renewal charge on its own is not eligible for refund after the 14-day window unless required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Email admin@molhub.bio from your account email, or use Paddle's standard buyer support. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

4. Disputes

Billing disputes are handled through Paddle's standard dispute process. Statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence are unaffected by this policy.
