Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions: Basic and Pro are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
Payment processor: All payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice and is responsible for tax collection and remittance.
Taxes: Prices shown exclude tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made.
Refunds: A 14-day pro-rated refund is available after your first charge on a plan. See the Refund Policy.
Plan changes: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable VAT/sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout by our payment provider.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and tax compliance. Your card statement will show Paddle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans include a 14-day pro-rated refund window after the first charge. After 14 days, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
What counts as a “docking job”?
One molecule docked against one receptor. A batch screen of N molecules uses N jobs from your monthly allowance.
Is the Academic tier really free?
Yes. Users with a verified academic email (.edu, .ac.kr, .ac.uk, and similar) get the Academic tier free, with no card required and no expiry.
